About
Hey everyone! My name is Mark Tashjian Jr. but, you may call me JR (J.R.) for short. I am 20 years old and a sophmore in college majoring in Web Design and Development as well as a minor in Business Administration. In January of this year, I was honored to receive my career job as a Web Application Developer at a Multimedia Development Firm located in Albany, New York called Overit Media.
With me only being 19 (at the time) and a freshman in college, I took the offer, and I am glad I did! I go to work excited because I am doing what I love to do, at such a young age and getting payed for it! Web development is such an exciting field to be in as it is constantly changing.
Well, that’s enough about me! What the heck is this blog here for?
About the Blog
This blog started with the intention of helping others learn web development as well as help me become a better developer by teaching and learning from you, the reader. With the web and it’s technologies always changing, there is plenty to read, write, and learn about everyday. I hope I can contribute to the development community as much as I have received.
Thanks for reading “A Web Developers Blog” by me, JR Tashjian!
